We were honored to be chosen as the creative force behind the branding of Rollover Bakery—a burgeoning gem nestled in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Tasked with the exciting challenge of shaping the bakery's identity, we eagerly embarked on the journey to capture the essence of Rollover Bakery's unique charm and promise. Our first step was to embark on a comprehensive branding process to establish an identity that would resonate with customers. We meticulously crafted a distinctive logo that effectively conveyed the brand's values and identity. The logo symbolized Rollover Bakery's commitment to traditional baking methods, using high-quality ingredients and baking from scratch. Complementing the logo, we designed a carefully curated color palette and typography selection that further reinforced the brand's personality and charm.

Crafting an Unforgettable Brand Experience
The next crucial aspect of the project was the development of a responsive website that catered to customers across all screen sizes and devices. The website not only showcased Rollover Bakery's delectable offerings but also offered convenient options for customers to pre-order, request local delivery, or arrange pick-up of their favorite items. Ensuring a seamless online experience, we aimed to provide customers with easy access to their desired treats, reinforcing Rollover Bakery's reputation for exceptional customer service.
Additionally, we recognized the significance of a strong marketing campaign in establishing Rollover Bakery's presence in the local community. To encourage customer referrals and loyalty, we designed and distributed postcards and loyalty cards. The campaign rewarded customers for referring friends and family while offering enticing rewards and free products for returning visits. Moreover, we created a captivating video that highlighted the bakery's founder, Lori Jacobs. The video portrayed her lifelong passion for baking, inspired by her mother, and emphasized the genuine dedication behind Rollover Bakery's creations.






From Vision to Victory
We embarked on the creation of a captivating video, shining a spotlight on the heart and soul of Rollover Bakery: its founder, Lori Jacobs. Through this visually engaging medium, we delved into the inspiring story of Lori's lifelong passion for baking, ignited by the loving influence of her mother. The video beautifully emphasized the genuine dedication and commitment that drives Rollover Bakery's creations, adding a personal touch that resonates deeply with customers and admirers alike.
Following the opening of Rollover Bakery, we took the creative leap by storyboarding the first video social campaign, strategically opting for User Generated Content (UGC) to capitalize on its proven trust-building prowess. UGC, a format well-familiar to audiences, became the focal point as we showcased an ecstatic customer savoring "the best cinnamon roll of their life" at Rollover Bakery. Through the video, we meticulously captured the entire experience - from the customers' warm welcome as they entered the bakery, to their joyous expressions while indulging in the incredible food, and finally, their excitement as they left with delectable treats to enjoy at home. Our team spared no effort in sourcing the right talent, and during the editing process, we ensured the video was a true reflection of Rollover Bakery's essence.
Having successfully crafted the video, we executed a geo-targeted strategy, precisely reaching out to the local community, weekenders, and vacationers. The outcome was phenomenal, with over 75K video views and an impressive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across Facebook and Instagram. This resounding success marked the launch of Rollover Bakery's new location, propelling them into a triumphant first year. The campaign's seamless blend of UGC and captivating storytelling effectively instilled trust and resonated with the target audience, forging a strong bond between Rollover Bakery and its delighted customers.
