When Swoveralls, as seen on ABC's Shark Tank, enlisted our expertise to photograph their Fall and Winter 2023 collections, we eagerly embraced the challenge of capturing the brand's unique blend of coziness and quirky charm. With a clear vision from the client to evoke feelings of comfort and fun with a touch of nostalgia, we planned the photoshoot in our production studio in Brooklyn, New York.
Our objective was to convey the unique blend of coziness and quirky charm in every shot, ensuring that the photographs resonated with their target audience. To achieve this, we conducted thorough research during pre-production to ensure our lighting and treatments embodied the brand's playful and nostalgic spirit. The shoot encompassed both lifestyle and flat lay images for each of the five collections, capturing the essence of the Polartec, Corduroy, Teddy Fleece, and Comfyalls lines. For the lifestyle shots, we carefully curated scenes that portrayed individuals lounging, napping, and playfully engaging with the products. The goal was to convey a sense of warmth and relaxation while paying homage to the playful spirit of the 90s. The flat lay images showcased the products in detail, highlighting the textures, colors, and unique features that set Swoveralls apart in the market.
